Our picturesque waterfront home at Mile Marker 93 offers spectacular ocean views. The blue-green water is so clear you can see right to the bottom! It’s ideal for snorkeling or watching the manatees swim. You may also glimpse a heron or pelican. Cast a line right from the 60 foot concrete dock and catch some fresh snapper, which you can clean at the fish cleaning station and grill on the gas BBQ. Bring or rent your own boat, dock it behind the house and enjoy full ocean access. After a great day, pamper yourself in the hot tub while watching the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
The living room features wood beam cathedral ceilings, sliding glass doors all around that lead to the charming screened in porch and wrap around veranda. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a full size futon with a private bathroom. The second bedroom, adjacent to the hall bathroom, has a queen bed. Downstairs is another large bedroom/living area, complete with a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, a queen sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, along with the complete set of cookware and service, will inspire your family’s chef to prepare your favorite meals. For your entertainment there is cable TV, DVD player and high-speed Internet access.
If you’re looking for beaches, we are just minutes to the only public beaches at Founders Park and Harry Harris Park. We are also close to quaint shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You’ll be amazed at the activities Key Largo has in store for you. You can swim with dolphins, take a glass bottom boat ride or evening casino cruise, rent a kayak, wave runner or peddle boat, take a trip to the family water park at the aquatic center, or go on a world-renowned diving/snorkeling trip. Offshore fishing and backcountry fishing charters are also available. These are just a few of the enjoyable things to do within minutes of our house. Everything is at your fingertips, making this an excellent vacation choice.
The property is ideal for weekend getaways, weeklong breaks and even extended seasonal vacations. The Tavernier / Key Largo area is less than an hour South of Miami International Airport and a quick two hour drive to world Famous Key West, with countless gems just waiting to be discovered along the way.
